1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.

  • Note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays or high seasonal volume.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support.bismo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
